We believe in developing staff and service users together. The care we offer our clients is reflected in our culture and approach to recruitment and retention of staff.

All our staff have the opportunity to become part of the Comfort Care Services family. If they pass our extensive selection criteria, after ten years' service, a manager qualified to NVQ level 4, (with some working towards level five for residential care) has the opportunity to run one of our units independently.

Our senior staff have a combined experience of over 100 years care training. Investors in People recognise this excellence in the industry.
